If you are having issues with your Mac's hardware or software you and you need some Apple Support, you need Dorks Delivered's Troubleshoot Me service. One of our expert technicians who are great at computer repairing will be able to analyse and provide a solution to your issues.
Please note:
System formating or OS installation is not inclusive of this service, if for instance we need to replace the motherboard or system hard drive. If these services are required you will need to purchase Dorks Delivered's Fix Me service. Troubleshoot Me services do not include the direct replacement of hardware or software. Fixing issues inherent or engrained within specific types of software or hardware is not inclusive of this service.

- Use our Apple Support knowledge to analyse your Mac’s hardware or software issues
- If necessary, sell and replace faulty hardware
- If necessary, sell replacement and or reinstall faulty software
- Suggest the best method of computer repairing if the hardware or software is faulty
