Once we analyse your computer, its your choice whether you would like to proceed with the solutions. If you choose to proceed you only pay for the services rendered to fix the issue, if you choose not to proceed you just pay for our You Tell Me diagnosis.

Our Technician Will:

• Analyse your computer and determine which Dorks Delivered’s services will resolve your issues
• If necessary we will provide you with general consultation and advice for up to half an hour on things like how to use a PC
• If you proceed with the solution our technician offers you, you will only pay for the services rendered to solve the issue
• If you do not proceed with the solution you will only be charged for the You Tell Me diagnosis
