Do you charge extra for after hours and weekend support?

Are there services you don’t offer?
Our technicians can tackle any type of support....except older versions of Microsoft Windows (before Windows 98). We apologise if this is an inconvenience, but we can always help you to upgrade!

What if I don’t know what the problem is?
Our You Tell Me Dorks Delivered package is the solution. We come to you, analyse your system and recommend the best solution. Best of all, you only pay for the service you require; if you wish to proceed with the solution on the spot, Dorks Delivered will deduct the cost of the original analysis from your bill!

Do you provide services in my area?
Our onsite services cover Brisbane metro areas, South East Brisbane, and Gold Coast regions. However we can offer remote support Australia-wide! We are planning on expanding our onsite services, if you would like us to email you when we launch in your area, please complete our online form and enter your postcode.

What do your fixed rate prices include?
Our fixed rates cover labour (hardware or software are costed additionally); prices are fixed regardless of how long we take. Don't forget Dorks Delivered No Fix No Fee Guarantee, you only pay if we can find a solution!

Do you sell software and hardware components?
Yes. Dorks Delivered offers a range of leading software and hardware components at competitive prices. We are also happy to install and support software and hardware bought from your preferred retailer.

Do you offer computer training?
Dorks Delivered offers a Show Me! Dorks Delivered pack. This informal training will help you learn more about using computers. There is no intimidating atmosphere or overwhelming exams, we come to you for some one-on-one or group session lessons!

What if I have more than one issue?
If Dorks Delivered is providing onsite support and you require additional services (performed on the same day to equal or lesser value) you are entitled to a 25% discount!.
If Dorks Delivered is providing remote support and additional services (to equal or lesser value) have been booked for same day service, you will receive a 20% discount on these services.

How can I pay?
We take most major credit cards so that we can process payments speedily, efficiently and securely. When you call to book we will ask for your credit card details. Once the service is complete, we will process the payment and email you an invoice.
Dorks Delivered does not charge for the initial phone assessment of your requirements.

What can I expect of Dorks Delivered technicians?
Our technicians will always arrive in uniform and identify themselves as a member of the Dorks Delivered team. Our technician will start by asking a few questions to map the best approach to your issues. After which you will be able to confirm the original or if needed adjusted quote for the suggested services. You’ll find our Dorks Delivered technicians are always professional and polite!

What do I need to know before our appointment?
We are the experts, so you can sit back and relax! We will just need to ask a few questions about your computer issues. We will also need suitable access to anything that has an issue and a safe place to work. Please remember that an adult (18 years or older) must be present for security purposes while our technicians are present in your home.

What about protecting the data on my PC?
IT works always involves some risk of data loss. We cannot 100% guarantee that your data will be protected so we strongly recommend that all information is backed up before our technicians arrive. But don't panic if you don't know how or if you don't have the time, we also offer a full back up service, just let us know when your making your appointment. Our technicians will also ask you to sign a disclaimer regarding the change of data loss and back up options before we start work.
