I Would Like to See What You Guys Think
Do you think Elon Musk is a maker or a taker? Do you think Bill Gates is a maker or a taker? And do you think Steve Jobs was a maker or a taker?

Today, we're going to talk about social pressures, conformity, and the “last biscuit” controversy. So, what that is, at dinners and all around the place, is this last piece of cheese or this last piece of pizza, and everyone's eating it the same way, and all of a sudden it goes whoop, and they don't have the last piece of whatever it is.
How to Have Great Mental Health and Succeed in Business
Today we're going to talk about mental health. In business, a lot of the time you jump into business to be the go-getter thing, person that really made a difference, and you did this thing that was cool with this product, and you're great at the technical stuff, but you're shit at marketing. Or you're great at marketing, but you don't really have a product. A lot of the time there isn't a good balance between what it is that you do with your voodoo, you know?
Burnout is a very serious matter for a lot of business owners. People get into business to get out of a nine to five, but a lot of the time, what happens is they find that instead of working a nine to five, they're working a 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM, a five to nine. They don't get to see their family as much. They don't get to spend as much time at the things they were doing before, but as long as you're passionate about what you're doing, you continue to tell yourself that this isn't work, this is fun. That's perfectly fine, but everyone knows that you can't have the good days without the bad days.

So, I bought one of those fitness bands, you know, the ones that count your steps. At the end of the first day, I'd run off my feet at work, but I still only managed to get to 3000 steps. Which is much better than the thousand that I would normally get if I was just sitting at the computer, but either way, it didn't seem like a whole lot to me.
