The purpose of setting up your podcast is to address the needs of your audience. Your podcast topics can be about the challenges that your audience wants to overcome, a problem to solve or a subject with which they want to be more familiar. But there are cases that your audience just wants to be entertained or distracted for a while. This will only mean that when you choose a podcast topic, you have to know your audience’s primary needs and how you can be of service to them. To make a podcast work, you must care about your podcast idea and pick a topic that you are passionate about. A podcaster will just fall off consistently publishing a new episode if he or she is not excited to put forth the effort. In this episode, Joshua Lewis shares his ideas on how to find the best content for your podcast.

The most important question you also have to ask yourself for is, “Why am I starting a podcast?”. The core values and purpose of establishing your own podcast will sustain it for the longest time so in this episode, Joshua Lewis shares some tips on how to set up your own podcast.

For some, having an omnipresent digital version of ourselves has been easy. Thanks to the pervasiveness of advance technology and wireless Internet, there is barely any question that goes unanswered and no demand for knowledge clarification is not affirmed. Because of the privilege of accessibility, we all feel that we are the go-to-person and we act as though we have been everywhere and that we have experienced everything. We forget that it is possible to recognize individual differences when it comes to learning ability. We must admit that many of us feel like we are left out or that we are having difficult times to catch up because we put limits on our potential. But there are ways to improve ourselves and learn new things. In this episode, Joshua Lewis shares with us how we can change up our personal choices to improve learning.

If there’s anything you’ve ever learned from Ray Kroc, it’s that there’s always room for improvement in efficiency. The way that your office works and the way that you design your office around efficiency. Workspaces on improvements are always required to increase productivity. The reason these are really important is because you want to be the person that brings out the new McDonald’s and I know that sounds corny, but ultimately when it comes down to it, if you’re running an inefficient design, you’re not going to be doing things anywhere near as quickly as you can.
