This year’s emotional ups and downs, from losing my mum to welcoming a new addition to the family, taught me the power of patience and communication. Turns out, talking to a two-year-old (with endless tantrums) has much in common with dealing with clients who might throw a fit over pricing. The lesson? Know your audience, speak their language, and explain yourself clearly.

I need to shift my mindset from a “$1 million entrepreneur” to someone ready for a 10, 100, or even billion-dollar vision. And yes, revisiting timeless classics like The One Minute Manager Meets the Monkey sounds like a perfect recipe for honing my delegation skills.
